手語是一種視覺語言，與口語不同，並不靠聲音傳播
學手語不但能與聾人溝通，還能激發腦部細胞
加強神經元之間的連結
活用雙手和表情動作去體驗聾人文化和他們的視覺世界

Sign language is a visual language which does not transmit through auditory modality like spoken language does
Learning sign language allows you to talk to deaf people and connect more neurons within your brain
Make use of your facial expressions and body to learn the visual world from the view of Deaf culture
腦舍香港手語課程
腦舍香港手語課程
腦舍設計的香港手語課程設計以學員學習效果為主
根據語言學第二語言習得及教學法等框架設計
腦舍香港手語課程分為五級
分別為初級、中級、高級、進階級和深造級初中高及進階級每一級再細分為三個課程
每個課程共八節，每節九十分鐘
(外展包班課程共六節，每節一百二十分鐘)深造班就多個題目不定期開班，提供不同選擇
讓學員精進不同範疇的手語能力小班教學，每班6-8人一班
所有香港手語課程由聾人導師任教

HKSL Course at Brainfood
Hong Kong Sign Language (HKSL) Course at Brainfood are designed
to optimize students' learning outcomes by utilizing second language acquisition and teaching pedagoligies of linguistic studies
Brainfood HKSL courses are divided to FIVE levels, namely Beginner, Intermediate, Advance 1-3, Advance 4-6, and Advanced Special Topics
The former four levels are further divided into THREE courses each. Each course consists of EIGHT classes each of 90-minute-long (or SIX classes each of 120-minute-long)
Advanced Special Topics are available with different themes to enhance signing skills of multiple genre
Each class consists of 6-8 students
All HKSL courses at Brainfood are taught by local deaf instructors
